If the expense is not 100% co-opable:
- Remaining balance will be financed at net 30 days
- Dealer will be invoiced on equipment account
- Commissions will usually be paid prior to paying for
media costs
Here is how it works:
- Check your Co-op Balance. Participating dealers must
have available co-op balance equal or greater to the proposed
media cost.
- Submit a Co-op Finance Request. The co-op finance request
form is available on www.americanwireless.com Co-op Programs
page.
- Receive an Approval Confirmation. Receive an email confirmation
with an approved media budget from AW co-op department.
- Create your Advertising Profile. Work in conjunction
with Media Company to create advertising profile (when
applicable).
- Pre Approval Request (PAR). Dealer Programs Manager
will submit a PAR on dealer’s behalf.
- Ad Campaign Begins.
- Media Cost is Billed to American
Wireless. AW will be
invoiced by the media company for the cost of advertising.
- Co-op Claim. American Wireless will submit a co-op claim
on dealer’s behalf.
- Reconciliation. If the expense is not 100% co-opable,
dealer will be invoiced on equipment account 30 days net.
