American Wireless and nReach Sign Mutual Distribution Agreement
for Prepaid Services and Mobile Content

National master agent and prepaid distributor signs mutual
agreement with mobile content provider

Campbell, CA - March 17, 2003 - nReach, a leading innovator in mobile content delivery, and American Wireless, the largest U.S. master agent for wireless carrier postpaid and prepaid services, have contracted to mutually distribute each party's services and products. With complimentary, non-conflicting distribution channels, nReach, based in Golden, Colorado , and American Wireless, headquartered in Campbell , California , made the joint pact as a rapid, market-expansion tactic.

nReach currently distributes mobile content via its retail-based "Mobile Content Kiosks" where consumers buy and download licensed ring tones, screen images, games, and colored graphics for cell phones. American Wireless prepaid services will be added as a product line into the nReach kiosks. With the largest dealer (agent) channel in the U.S. , American Wireless currently distributes instant, prepaid refresh services through a proprietary, point-of-sale pin terminal located in their dealers' stores. Now nReach mobile content will also be available through these American Wireless retail terminals.

Ring tones from popular artists like Eminem, Oasis, Dr. Dre, and Nelly along with interactive golf and skiing games combined with color graphics and images of Dick Tracy and Garfield are only a few samples of the tremendous library offered by nReach. A few examples of the prepaid services offered through the American Wireless dealer channel include Boost Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and a variety of long distance resellers.
