Kristina Reed brings more than 15 years of wireless industry knowledge and retail experience to American Wireless. Ms. Reed previously worked for a number of indirect agents before joining American Wireless in 1997. During her tenure at American Wireless she has held Customer Service, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Manager positions. In 2003 following the AW Portal deployment, Ms. Reed was charged with streamlining Financial Services, Credit, and Co-op Departments, as General Manager. Efficiency gains and cost savings through this project, benefited the company and the agent community served by American Wireless.
Mr. Reed is responsible for all indirect sales activity in the U.S. Mr. Reed has a keen understanding of what it takes to make indirect agents successful having steadily climbed the sales ladder at American Wireless. In addition, Mr. Reed also has experience as an agent having worked for and started up his own wireless Master Agent dealership. Mr. Reed joined American Wireless in 1991 and worked in the Retail channel of the Brix Group and later moved into distribution. Staying true to his retail roots, in 1994 Michael left Brix to join another independent indirect agent, who first to launched the IDEN network in the Bay Area. He rejoined American Wireless in 1997 as the Northern California Market Manager. Continuing his progression through the company, Mr. Reed became the Regional Sales Manager for Northern California and Hawaii, responsible for all American Wireless product lines including Dish Network, and Prepaid PIN processing.
Veronica Estall brings more than 18 years of wireless industry experience to American Wireless. She joined American Wireless in 1999 as a Financial Services Team Leader and has been consistently recognized for her focus on outstanding Agent management. Currently, she oversees the Agent Services Department which is responsible for the qualifying and onboarding of Agents. In this role, Ms. Estallâ€™s team acts as a liaison between wireless carriers and Agents. Additionally, Ms. Estall oversees the Collection and Legal department.
In her role as Director of Credit for American Wireless, Ms. Ferreira oversees the companyâ€™s Credit Analysts and territories. Prior to joining American Wireless, she spent 12 years in various credit positions with an Accounts Receivable finance firm. Ms. Ferreira joined American Wireless in 1996 as a Credit Analyst for National Accounts. Over the years, she was promoted to Supervisor, Credit Manager, and most recently Director of Credit. She is an active member of the National Association of Credit Management.
Ms. Eddy joined American Wireless in 1986 as a Sales Secretary. Over the years she has held various sales and promotional coordinator positions throughout the company including coordinating various dealer events, industry trade exhibitions and the supporting companyâ€™s auto racing team in the â€˜90s. Charlotte in her then marketing role helped to launch the Dish Network program on the West Coast in 2001 and based on the success of the initial launch, expanded the program nationwide in 2004. She currently oversees the nationwide Dish Network Program.
